With 18 years of experience, her career spans outpatient therapy, hospital-based rehab management, and teaching as adjunct faculty at Andrews University. Becky has presented at national conferences including the American Society of Hand Therapists and the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine.

Dr. Frank Aerts (PT, DSc, OCS, CMP, CMPT, CMET, CCVT) is an associate professor in the DPT program at Manchester University, Fort Wayne, Indiana. He graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, in 1990 and earned his Doctor of Science from Andrews University. Since 2012, Frank has taught in the DPT and DSc programs at Andrews University, joining Manchester University full-time in 2023. His research focuses on the development of a hand-held dynamometry “Strength Profile" as a clinical outcome measure.
