ActivForce Dev Diary #11 - August '25

Flexible testing. Consistent results. Confident care.

This month, we’ve focused on making assessments more flexible and reporting more informative. From side-by-side test comparisons in the app to a new test context menu, these updates are designed to give you cleaner data, easier workflows, and more context for every client.

ActivForce App (iOS & Android)

Side Test Comparison

One of the most requested features is now live: you can directly compare left vs. right tests with the same configuration.

  • Both results display on the same graph, with the ability to highlight each side individually.

  • Percentage difference is automatically calculated using the same formula as dashboard reports.

Repetition Test Comparison

Repetitions of the same test are now grouped together for easier review.

  • Average peak force and time-to-peak are automatically calculated across repetitions.

  • Individual curves can be tapped and highlighted for a detailed view.

Test Context Menu

A new context menu brings greater flexibility:

  • Add Repetition with one tap — no need to re-enter configuration.

  • Edit Configuration to correct setup errors (e.g., left vs. right side).

  • Test Opposite Side instantly from the same screen.

  • Re-do or Delete tests for a cleaner workflow.

This approach allows you to decide on the number of repetitions in real time — whether you need one, three, or seven.

ActivForce Dashboard

Test Repetition Grouping

The dashboard now supports grouping of test repetitions, making it easier to review and compare multiple attempts within the same protocol.

Copy Data Export

You can now copy and paste a complete test summary directly from the dashboard:

  • Includes all KPIs in a single text string.

  • Ideal for transferring results into EHRs or external reports.

  • Users can edit or trim as needed before pasting.

This is just the first step — in the future, we’ll explore exporting force-over-time graphs and additional test details.

As ever, your feedback helps drive these improvements. Keep it coming!
