Shipping Policy

Please allow 6 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

For all US orders, we currently offer two shipping options. Free economy shipping with 
an estimated shipping time of 5 to 8 business days or express shipping for $12 with an 
estimated shipping time of 2 business days. 

Please note for Express shipping: 

• If an order is placed before 11:00 am PST, it will be delivered within 2 business 
days. 

• If an order is placed after 11:00 am PST, the order will be fulfilled by the next day 
and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.


Orders from our official website can only be shipped within the US. If you’re outside the 
US, you can find the full list of our overseas distributors here. Shipping prices are up to 
the distributor.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery and we will refund the full order amount 
minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at 
support@activbody.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We 
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a 
satisfactory solution.
